Susan graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and received her J.D. from Santa Clara University law school.   Following graduation she clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.   Prior to joining Pierce & Shearer, she practiced civil litigation in San Francisco with King & Higgins for several years representing both individuals and corporations on a wide variety of business/financial disputes.  Susan is a recipient of the Wiley Manual award from the State Bar of California for providing pro bono services to indigent clients.
