Andrew F. Pierce obtained a complete dismissal, pursuant to a settlement,  of a lawsuit against landowner for code violations based on erecting a sunshade for agricultural purposes in a remote area of Santa Cruz County.

Pierce & Shearer LLP successfully argues on behalf of Palo Alto landowners.  Andrew F.
